ORIENTATION

ISA gives a special Orientation for all its new joiners as it is necessary for the rapid and effective integration of the employees into the company. The objectives of the Orientation are:


  • To welcome the new joiners and develop a rapport with the existing employees.
  • To acquaint the foreigner employee with the country’s traditions and culture.
  • To acquaint with the Vision and Mission of the company.
  • To acquaint the employee with company policies and procedures.

TRAINING

It is a policy that all staff, irrespective of nationality, grade or job role, will be provided with opportunities to learn about ISA procedures and its products. Also through these training courses staff will be able to improve their skills with the objective of improving their contribution to company performance. Training will be a core function of the Management / Development team and based upon a competency framework.


TEAMWORK & DEVELOPMENT

Achievement is usually measured by some kind of performance indicator (e.g.: customer satisfaction, sales growth) and Teamwork is improved when the group changes their behavior so that performance improves.


At ISA we follow special schemes to improve and develop the teamwork between the employees to create and maintain a spirit of teamwork change. As teams grow larger, the skills and methods that people require grow as more ideas are expressed freely.
