ISA, Information Systems Associates, was established in September 2003 following a joint venture agreement between Air Arabia and John Keells Holdings.

The first nine months since the company’s inception witnessed the creation of the state of the art reservation system ‘AccelAero’, developed from scratch and designed to support Air Arabia reservation needs. Since then the system has achieved massive success and continuous development. Early in 2007, ISA decided to launch ‘AccelAero’ for commercial demand and since then, four airlines selected AccelAero as their preferred reservation system.

Through out the years and, in addition to AccelAero, ISA developed other innovative products that compliment the aviation needs, products that combines efficiency, advanced technology and user friendly, and hence, AccelAero.RM, AccelAero.HM and BRS were born.

In March 2008, ISA’s Baggage Reconciliation System came out to the market, a new product that supports medium size airports in their operational needs. Sharjah International Airport has become ISA's first partner.

The notable growth and development that ISA achieved in such period of time allowed the company to acquire new product CESAR, a versatile crew scheduling system that ISA developed and enhanced to become an optimum tool in maximising schedule efficiency.
