  Required Experience and Job Description	This is a full-time position based in Colombo for professional IT Project Manager. The role of the IT Project Manager is to liaise with the operations manager and be able to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the agreed deadlines within budget and ensure that customer requirements are met. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members on a day to day basis in order to deliver projects according to scope and will also oversee quality control throughout the development cycle. Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Computer Science/Engineering 5-8 years industry experience with 3-5 years of experience in IT project management covering the full software development life cycle Enterprise level project Management experience with ability to deliver high quality software solutions Good leadership skills, organizational, analytical and exposure to managing medium to large software projects with 10 or more team members Excellent problem-solving skills, able to formulate creative solutions to day-to-day problems and make good decisions on the fly Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate proficiently with all stake holders Ability to multitask, think clearly on feet, meet aggressive delivery time lines and being able to guide the team in right direction Project Management Certification or/and MBA or/and Implementation experience would be an added advantage Experience and exposure to Java based project management and Technologies would be an added advantage Selected candidate would be required to learn and know the application thoroughly to be able to manage all assigned projects and provide realistic project plans, work break down structures, resource allocations and to meet delivery timelines.

  Job Description / Responsibilities	ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead offshore test team to deliver quality solutions and manage multiple projects Serve as a liaison with the business community and IT to ensure that changes are understood Build Test strategies/Test Plans and ensure total completeness of system test plans. Execute System Test cases using automated tools or/and manually and ensure quality of deliverables, and add value to the delivery process Take part in introducing new automation tools for test case writing, execution, tracking, load testing and performance testing Implement automation tools and test documentation preparation and guide the QA team to use the same Lead in reporting and tracking defects, co-ordinate and support closely with development team, to assist them in issue identification & in turn to expedite issue resolution. Update user manuals, prepare new user guides for new projects/Change Requests as and when required Prepare Release Notes Customer and colleague training and support for ISA products as and when required
